Show Notes

“It is in the pause that we hear ourselves.” ~Brenda Quinn

In this episode, Brenda speaks of ways we can co-regulate and know when we might be going out of balance.    She speaks of the nervous system and their roles, how to do thought swapping.  The brain is a muscle and can be trained as such.   She also spoke of how kids have good neuroplasticity and can bounce back very quickly.  As well as ways to give kids the efficacy and power to show they are doing service for the greater good.  We also spoke about the polyvagal theory and what one can do for self love.
